THE
DRIVERS EDGE Red Run Group Rider’s Program
Approved Red Run Group Drivers are allowed to take guest and participants for
rides during Red Run Sessions if they meet the following requirements.
Red Run Group
Ride Approved Driver Guidelines:

Must be solo approved by The Drivers Edge on the particular track.

Each driver will be reviewed on an individual basis.

Rider and Driver must have SNELL 2000 or newer approved Helmets that fit
properly.

Riders must be over 21 and have proof. i.e. valid driver’s license.

All riders that are NOT registered drivers in the event are required to make
a $25 charitable donation toward our chosen charity. They must also sign a
TDE ride release waiver turn them in with their donation grid personal at
the Grid where the rider will be issued a wrist band. That rider is allowed
to ride with you for all your run session for that day if you like. It will
be another $25/Day charitable donation if the rider wants to both days.

Registered drivers that ride in Red group are not required to make a
donation, but can if they are feel lead too. Donations to the fund are
welcome from any participant at any time.
Ride Approved
Car Guidelines:

Both Passenger and Driver seats must have the same level of safety. i.e.
seat/race belts, seat/race seats.

Seat Belt must be adjusted and secure hold in passenger
-
Convertibles: need approved roll bar that is 2” over driver and riders
helmets.

Both Driver and Riders windows must remain down.

Further explanation will be made at the Red Run Group driver’s meeting.

If you show up at grid with your passenger just before run group goes out
and you do not already have the wrist band on and requirements meet you will
be held on the grid till they are
-
The Drivers Edge has
final say so and has the right for any reason to refuse rider privileges to
any driver or car.

Over the past 11 years The Drivers Edge has provided more than $12,000 to
families in need throughout the metroplex and other areas as well. We look
for unusual cases of need such as fire destruction or loss due to military
service, as well as national organizations such as Feed the Children and
World Vision.
